摘要

针对狭缝式喷嘴风箱采用不同氮氢混合比例的混合气体对带钢进行冲击射流来研究高强钢镀锌快冷系统,结果表明:氮氢混合气体中氢气含量的增加可以使混合气体的导热系数变大,进而提高喷嘴的平均换热系数,依托工程实例的数据分析,高强钢镀锌的高氢快冷系统达到最好的快速冷却效果时,混合气体中氮氢比例的最佳配比是30%/70%.

Abstract

The slit burner is used to study the high strength steel galvanizing quick cooling system by using nitrogen hydrogen mixed gas for impinging jet.The results show that the increase of hydrogen content in the nitrogen hydrogen mixed gas can increase the thermal conductivity of the mixed gas,thereby increasing the average heat transfer coefficient of the nozzle.Based on the data analysis of engineering examples,when the high hydrogen quick cooling system of high strength steel galvanizing achieves the best rapid cooling effect,The optimum ratio of nitrogen to hydrogen in the mixed gas is 30%/70%.
