为解决集成式附着升降脚手架支撑体系安全性较差,升降控制操作复杂的问题,本文采用理论结合实践的方法,立足此种脚手架的工作原理,分析了提升附着支承体系稳定性的方法,以及基于PLC的脚手架提升机自动控制系统的设计和实现的要点.分析结果表明,全面优化防倾装置、防坠装置,并利用PLC技术可大幅度提升集成式附着升降脚手架运行稳定性、安全性,以及操作的灵活,从而最大限度上发挥出此种脚手架的作用和优势.
Research on the Attachment Support System and Lifting Power Control System of Integrated Attachment Lifting Scaffold
In order to solve the problems of poor safety and complex lifting control operation of the integrated attached lifting scaffold support system,this paper adopts a theoretical and practical method,based on the working principle of this scaffold,analyzes the methods of improving the stability of the attached support system,and the key points of the design and implementation of the PLC based scaffold hoist automatic control system.The analysis results indicate that comprehensive optimization of anti tilt and anti fall devices,as well as the use of PLC technology,can significantly improve the stability,safety,and flexibility of the operation of integrated attached lifting scaffolding,thereby maximizing the role and advantages of this scaffolding.
