贴壁风对电站锅炉近壁面还原性气氛的影响研究

我国现役燃煤电站锅炉大多采取低NOX燃烧技术导致炉膛频繁发生高温腐蚀现象,已严重影响机组安全稳定运行.本文通过现场试验研究了贴壁风对近壁面还原性气体(H2S、CO)的影响,结果表明:前墙、侧强贴壁风前墙、侧强贴壁风投运后,均可有效降低炉膛主燃区、燃尽区H2S、CO浓度.对于冷灰斗区域,一次风贴壁风及矩形喷口的二次风贴壁风投运后,没有显著作用.
Study on the Influence of Wall Air on the Reducing Atmosphere Near the Wall of the Boiler
Most of the active coal-fired power station boilers in China adopt low NOX combustion technology,which leads to frequent high temperature corrosion in the furnace,which has seriously affected the safe and stable operation of the units.In this paper,the influence of wall wind on reducing gas(H2S,CO)on the near wall is studied through field tests.The results show that the front wall,side wind front wall and side wall wind can effectively reduce the concentration of H2S and CO in the main combustion area and exhaust area of the furnace.For the cold ash bucket area,there is no significant effect after the primary wind wall wind and rectangular nozzle secondary wind wall wind operation.
