Research on Construction Project Cost Management Based on BIM Technology
This study focuses on the challenges in construction project cost management and the application of BIM technology.Traditional methods involve long construction periods,numerous parties,significant resource and energy wastage,low production efficiency,and increased cost management pressure.This paper provides a detailed analysis of the characteristics of BIM technology in the field of construction project cost management,including promoting industry progress and development and improving work efficiency.Through case studies,the specific applications of BIM technology in project planning,design,bidding,construction,and acceptance are explored,demonstrating its effectiveness in construction project cost management.Finally,the important role of BIM technology in construction project cost management is summarized.
