摘要
药芯焊丝半自动焊技术焊接设备简单,材料选择灵活,抗风能力强,焊缝无损检测合格率高,且力学性能良好.在城市供热管道安装过程中,药芯焊丝半自动焊技术能高效完成主线、支线及检查室的焊接工作,确保纵向焊缝与环形焊缝的质量,满足施工要求.本文结合实例分析药芯焊丝半自动焊技术在城市供热管网施工中的应用.
Abstract
Flux-cored wire semi-automatic welding technology has the advantages of simple welding equipment,flexible material selection,strong wind resistance,high non-destructive testing pass rate and good mechanical properties.In the process of urban heating pipeline installation,the flux-cored wire semi-automatic welding technology can efficiently complete the main line,branch line and inspection room welding work,ensure the quality of longitudinal weld and annular weld,and meet the construction requirements.This paper analyzes the application of semi-automatic welding technology of flux-cored wire in the construction of urban heat supply network.
