移动棚架对运营铁路的防护效应数值模拟分析

摘要
桥墩浇筑及桥梁转体施工过程中对萧甬铁路采用移动防护棚架进行运营安全防护,为此,进行了永久荷载、可变荷载及冲击荷载的计算作用分析,通过计算作用荷载及其组合作用下的移动防护棚架ABAQUS三维有限元数值模拟分析,研究了移动棚架的强度、刚度及稳定性和走行移动时的稳定性,结果表明,移动棚架的这些指标均满足相应的容许标准要求,说明其现场防护效应及使用功能是安全可行的.
Abstract
In the process of pier pouring and bridge rotation construction,mobile protective scaffolding is used for operation safety protection of Xiaoyong Railway.For this reason,the calculation effect analysis of permanent load,variable load and impact load is carried out.Through ABAQUS three-dimensional finite element numerical simulation analysis of mobile protective scaffolding under the calculation of applied load and its combination,The strength,stiffness and stability of the mobile trellis and the stability of the mobile trellis are studied.The results show that these indexes meet the requirements of the corresponding allowable standards,indicating that the field protection effect and the use function are safe and feasible.
