摘要

为探讨供暖结束后锅炉的腐蚀与保养措施,采用理论结合实践的方法,立足供暖结束后的腐蚀成因及危害,分析了供暖结束后的保养措施,并提出保养工作的注意事项.分析结果表明,供暖结束后锅炉内容依然有氧气和水分的存在,若缺乏科学合理的保养措施,会对锅炉内部结构造成较为严重的腐蚀,从而锅炉运行的节能效果,降低使用寿命.从锅炉自身保养、辅助设施保养、管网维护保养三个方面同事入手,并加强对养护细节的把控,方可有效控制腐蚀问题,以提升锅炉运行的稳定性,延长安全使用寿命.

Abstract

In order to explore the corrosion and maintenance measures of boilers after heating,a theoretical and practical approach was adopted.Based on the causes and hazards of corrosion after heating,the maintenance measures after heating were analyzed,and precautions for maintenance work were proposed.The analysis results indicate that there is still oxygen and moisture present in the boiler after the heating is completed.If there is a lack of scientific and reasonable maintenance measures,it will cause serious corrosion to the internal structure of the boiler,thereby improving the energy-saving effect of boiler operation and reducing its service life.Starting from the maintenance of the boiler itself,auxiliary facilities,and pipeline network,and strengthening the control of maintenance details,we can effectively control corrosion problems,improve the stability of boiler operation,and extend the safe service life.
