本文主要探讨绿色化学在石油化工设备防腐蚀中的应用.首先分析设备腐蚀的原因,然后介绍环保耐腐材料、设备结构设计的流体动力学优化、绿色化学清洗技术及电化学保护技术的创新与改进.旨在使石油化工设备的防腐蚀工作更环保、高效.
Abstract
This paper mainly discusses the application of green chemistry in corrosion prevention of petrochemical equipment.Firstly,the reasons of corrosion of equipment are analyzed,and then the innovation and improvement of environmental protection corrosion-resistant materials,fluid dynamics optimization of equipment structure design,green chemical cleaning technology and electrochemical protection technology are introduced.The aim is to make the anti-corrosion work of petrochemical equipment more environmentally friendly and efficient.
