橘皮半夏汤联合通窍活血汤加减治疗脑小血管病的疗效观察

摘要
目的:明确橘皮半夏汤联合通窍活血汤加减治疗脑小血管病(CSVD)的临床疗效,初步探讨其作用机制.方法:将 100 例脑小血管病患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组(50 例)和实验组(50 例);对照组给予常规治疗,实验组在常规治疗基础上加服橘皮半夏汤联合通窍活血汤治疗,共治疗3 个月;以日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分、C反应蛋白(CRP)、D-二聚体、纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平为评价指标,对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较.结果:治疗后两组患者ADL评分均显著高于治疗前,且实验组高于同期对照组(P＜0.05);两组患者血清CRP、D-二聚体、FIB显著低于治疗前,实验组低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:橘皮半夏汤联合通窍活血汤加减治疗CSVD疗效显著,能显著改善患者日常生活能力,减轻CSVD患者炎性反应、减少微栓子形成,且安全性较高.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of the combination of Jupi Banxia Decoction and Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD),and to preliminarily ex-plore its mechanism of action.Methods:100 patients with cerebral small vessel disease were randomly divided into the control group(50 cases)and the experimental group(50 cases)using a random number table method.The control group received routine treatment,while the experimental group received additional treatment of Jupi Banxia Decoction combined with Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction on the basis of routine treatment,for a total of 3 months.The the daily living ability scale(ADL)score,C-reactive protein(CRP),D-dimer,and fibrino-gen(FIB)levels as evaluation indicators were compared.Results:After treatment,the ADL scores of both groups of patients were significantly higher than that before treatment,and the experimental group was higher than the control group during the same period(P＜0.05);The serum CRP,D-dimer,and FIB of the two groups of patients were significantly lower than that before treatment,while the experimental group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Jupi Banxia Decoction and Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction has a significant therapeutic effect on CSVD.It can significantly improve the daily living abil-ity of patients,alleviate inflammatory reactions,and reduce the formation of microemboli,with high safety.
