Effects of different doses of dexmedetomidine combined with general anesthesia on recovery quality and hemodynamics of patients
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of different doses of dexmedetomidine combined with general anesthesia.Methods:82 patients who underwent dexmedetomidine combined anesthesia in our hospital from September 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and a intravenous infusion dose of 5 was administered μg/kg included in the low-dose group, intravenous pump dose 1.0 μg/kg was in-cluded in the high-dose group, with 41 cases in each group. The awakening indicators and hemodynamic indi-cators between two groups were compared. Results:The high-dose group had a longer awakening time,shor-ter extubation time, and lower pain and sedation scores compared to the low-dose group(P<0.05);At T0,there was no difference in inter group indicators such as heart rate(HR),systolic blood pressure(DBP),dias-tolic blood pressure(SBP),and mean arterial pressure(MAP)(P>0.05);At T1 and T2,there was a signif-icant difference between the groups(P<0.05),while at T0,there was no significant change in the low-dose group(P>0.05),while the high-dose group showed a significant change(P<0.05);At T3,there was no significant difference between the groups compared to T0(P>0.05),while compared to T1 and T2,the high-dose group had a significant difference(P<0.05),while the low-dose group had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the high-dose group,low-dose dexmedetomidine combined with general anesthesia is more helpful for the recovery of pharyngeal reflex in patients, improves awakening quality, and has a smaller impact on hemodynamics, which is worth promoting.
