Effect of ERCP Combined with LC on Surgical Indicators and Complications in Patients with Cholecystolithiasis and Choledocholithiasis
Objective:To clarify the application value of ERCP(endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancre-atography)combined with LC(laparoscopic cholecystectomy)in the treatment of gallbladder stones combined with common bile duct stones.Methods:80 patients with gallbladder stones and common bile duct stones were randomly divided into groups using a digital randomization method; The reference group patients were treated with traditional open abdominal surgery, while the experimental group was treated with ERCP combined with LC;Compare the surgical outcomes(intraoperative bleeding volume, duration of surgery, length of hospital stay),success rate and residual rate of stone removal, postoperative recovery effect(time of getting out of bed, time of removing drainage tube, time of first anal exhaust),and postoperative complications between two groups of patients. Results:Compared with the control group, the experimental group had longer surgical duration, less intraoperative bleeding, and shorter hospital stay(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant differ-ence in the success rate of stone removal and residual stone rate between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);Compared with the control group, the time for patients in the experimental group to get out of bed alone, remove the drainage tube, and exhaust the anus for the first time were all shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the surgical treatment of patients with gallbladder stones and common bile duct stones, the combination of ERCP and LC has a significant effect.
