摘要
目的:探讨急性脑梗死合并 2 型糖尿病(T2DM)患者采用时间窗内行介入治疗的预后影响因素.方法:对90 例急性脑梗死合并T2DM患者时间窗内行介入治疗,在随访3 个月后根据患者预后效果进行分组,分析影响患者的因素.结果:预后不良组30 例(33.33%),预后良好组60 例(66.67%);多因素logistic回归分析表明,术前NIH-SS评分、T2DM病程、基底动脉梗死、HbAlc为影响预后的独立危险因素(P＜0.05).结论:针对预后影响因素采取合理的应对措施,对患者治疗具有重要意义
Abstract
Objective:To explore the prognostic factors of patients with acute cerebral infarction compli-cated with type 2 diabetes(T2DM)who received interventional therapy within the time window.Methods:In-terventional treatment was performed on 90 patients with acute cerebral infarction complicated with T2DMwithin the time window.After a 3-month follow-up,the patients were grouped according to their prognosis and the factors affecting the patients were analyzed.Results:There were 30 cases(33.33%)in the poor prognosis group and 60 cases(66.67%)in the good prognosis group;Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that preoperative NIHSS score,duration of T2DM,basilar artery infarction,and HbAlc were independent risk fac-tors affecting prognosis(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Taking reasonable measures to address prognostic factors is of great significance for patient treatment.
