Prognostic Factors of Intravascular Intervention in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction and Type 2 Diabetes within the Time Window
Objective:To explore the prognostic factors of patients with acute cerebral infarction compli-cated with type 2 diabetes(T2DM)who received interventional therapy within the time window.Methods:In-terventional treatment was performed on 90 patients with acute cerebral infarction complicated with T2DMwithin the time window. After a 3-month follow-up,the patients were grouped according to their prognosis and the factors affecting the patients were analyzed. Results:There were 30 cases(33.33%)in the poor prognosis group and 60 cases(66.67%)in the good prognosis group;Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that preoperative NIHSS score, duration of T2DM,basilar artery infarction, and HbAlc were independent risk fac-tors affecting prognosis(P<0.05).Conclusion:Taking reasonable measures to address prognostic factors is of great significance for patient treatment.
