抖音视频联合回授法宣教对泌尿系结石患者术后依从性的影响

摘要
目的:探讨抖音视频联合回授法宣教提高泌尿系结石患者术后依从性的应用效果.方法:将本院泌尿外科收治的200 例泌尿系统结石患者根据围手术期护理模式的差异分为观察组(100 例)和对照组(100 例);所有患者均采用输尿管镜或经皮肾镜微创手术治疗,对照组患者围术期采用常规传统宣教模式,观察组患者在传统宣教模式的基础上采用抖音视频联合回授法宣教模式;比较两组患者治疗依从性、生活质量综合评价量表(GQOLI-74)评分和并发症发生率.结果:观察组患者治疗依从性(97.00%)高于对照组(85.00%);观察组患者术后心理功能、社会功能、躯体功能和物质生活 4 个维度评分均高于对照组;观察组患者术后并发症发生率(7.00%)低于对照组(15.00%);各指标组间存在统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:抖音视频联合回授法宣教模式能够有效提高泌尿系结石患者治疗依从性和生活质量,降低并发症的发生率.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Tiktok video combined with feedback method on improving the compliance of patients with urinary calculi after surgery.Methods:200 patients with urinary system stones admitted to the urology department of our hospital were divided into an observation group(100 cases)and a control group(100 cases)based on differences in perioperative nursing modes;All patients were treated with ureteroscopy or percutaneous nephroscope minimally invasive surgery.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional traditional education mode in the perioperative period,and the patients in the observa-tion group were treated with Tiktok video joint feedback education mode on the basis of the traditional education mode;Compare the treatment compliance,quality of life comprehensive evaluation scale(GQOLI-74)scores,and incidence of complications between two groups of patients.Results:The treatment compliance of the obser-vation group(97.00%)was higher than that of the control group(85.00%);The postoperative psychological function,social function,physical function,and material life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(7.00%)was lower than that in the control group(15.00%);There is statistical significance(P＜0.05)between each indi-cator group.Conclusion:Tiktok video combined with feedback method can effectively improve the treatment compliance and quality of life of patients with urinary stones,and reduce the incidence of complications.
