目前,在生理条件下基于(金刚烷)-1,2-二氧环丁烷结构的化学发光性能大幅提升,其化学发光方法检测各类小分子和生物大分子获得了广泛关注.利用该结构获得的化学发光探针具有无需外源激发光源、没有生物背景信号干扰、无光损伤、光漂白和高灵敏度等优点.本文综述了近几年来基于(金刚烷)-1,2-二氧环丁烷结构的化学发光检测生物酶的研究进展,并讨论了该化学发光平台在生物检测方面潜在的挑战和前景.
Advances in Chemiluminescence Probes Based on(Adamantane)-1,2-Dioxolane Structure for Bioenzyme Detection
Under physiological conditions,the chemiluminescence properties based on the structure of(adamantane)-1,2-dioxocyclobutane are greatly improved,and its chemiluminescence method for the de-tection of various small molecules and biological macromolecules has received widespread attention.The chemi-luminescence probe obtained by using this structure has the advantages of no external excitation light source,no biological background signal interference,no light damage,photobleaching and high sensitivity.In this paper,the research progress of chemiluminescence detection of biological enzymes based on the structure of(adaman-tane)-1,2-dioxetane in recent years is reviewed,and the potential challenges and prospects of the chemi-luminescence platform in biological detection are discussed.
