Impact of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Rehabilitation Concepts on Nutritional Indicators and Sleep Quality in Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Myomectomy
Objective:To analyze the impact of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing rehabilit-ation concepts on nutritional indicators and sleep quality in patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods:Sixty patients who underwent laparoscopic myomectomy were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group(30 cases each). The observation group received nursing interventions based on TCM rehabilitation concepts, while the control group received conventional nursing interventions.Changes in nutritional indicators, sleep quality, and psychological status were observed pre-and post-inter-vention.Additionally,post-intervention quality of life assessments and complication rates were compared be-tween the two groups. Results:Following intervention, the observation group showed higher levels of nutritional indicators compared to the control group.Scores on the Self-Rating Scale of Sleep Status(SRSS),Self-Rat-ing Anxiety Scale(SAS),and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)were lower in the observation group.Quality of life indicators were better in the observation group, and the complication rate was lower, with signifi-cant differences observed between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying TCM nursing rehabilitation con-cepts in the care of patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy effectively promotes improvements in nutrition-al status, sleep quality, and psychological well-being.This approach is conducive to enhancing postoperative quality of life and reducing the risk of complications.
