Application Value of Solution-Focused Nursing in Patients with First-Onset Acute Myocardial Infarction
Objective:To ascertain the value of applying solution-focused nursing interventions in pa-tients experiencing a first-onset acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods:Eighty-four patients with first-onset AMI were enrolled through random lottery allocation, dividing them equally into a control group(re-ceiving conventional nursing)and an intervention group(conventional nursing complemented with solution-fo-cused nursing),with 42 cases in each group.Psychological resilience levels(measured by the Connor-David-son Resilience Scale,CD-RISC),quality of life(assessed via the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74,GQOLI-74),and nursing satisfaction were selected as outcome measures for comparing the effects of nursing interventions between the two groups. Results:Following the nursing interventions, the CD-RISC scores,GQOLI-74 scores, and nursing satisfaction rates were significantly higher in the intervention group compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing solution-focused nursing interventions in patients with a first episode of AMI enhances their psychological resilience, improves their quality of life, and increases nursing satisfaction, thereby demonstrating substantial value for broader application.
