Application of Hierarchical Nursing Based on Early Warning Scores in Gastrointestinal Bleeding
Objective:To investigate the effect of hierarchical nursing based on early warning scores in patients with gastrointestinal bleeding.Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the medical records of 92 gastrointestinal bleeding patients in our hospital. They were divided into a reference group(conventional care,n=46)and an observation group(hierarchical nursing based on early warning scores,n=46).The psychological status before and after intervention, length of hospital stay, recurrent bleeding episodes, bleeding volume, nursing compliance, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:Both groups showed decreased SDS and SAS scores post-intervention,with the observation group exhibiting a more significant decrease(P<0.05).The observation group had shorter hospital stays, fewer recurrent bleeding episodes, and less bleeding volume compared to the reference group(P<0.05).The observation group also demonstrated higher nursing compliance rates and satisfaction scores across various aspects of care(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hierarchical nursing based on early warning scores effectively shortens patients'hospital stays,al-leviates bleeding symptoms, prevents negative emotions, and enhances patient compliance and nursing satisfac-tion.This approach is worthy of wider implementation.
