摘要
自高校大规模扩招以来，腐败的毒瘤借机渗透其中，基建部门尤为严重。从入本视角分析，其原因主要包括：高校基建领域中的机会主义刺激了“经济人”的腐败动机，集团腐败的内部环境对个体腐败者的负罪心理产生弱化效应，外部社会经济环境挑动了个体的失衡心理和贪腐欲望，“人情关系”构筑了腐败者自认为“合情”的心理暗示。由此，应当从信息、制度、文化等三个方面加强高校基建反腐的人本管理与建设。
Abstract
Since enrollment of the universities, the corruption cancer penetrates in the universities by this opportunity, the problem in infrastructure sector is most serious. Through the perspective of human, the reasons include： the opportunism of infrastructure in the universities stimulates the corruption motivation of the ＂economic man＂. The intemal environment of the Group of corruption produces weakening effect to the guilt psychology of the individual corrupt, external social and economic environment incites individuals imbalance psychological and corrupt desires, ＂Human relations＂ builds the psychological implications of the ＂sensible＂. Therefore, the Anti-corruption of Infrastructure in the Universities should be stronger through the ways among information, systems and cultural.
