It is an integrated system of English course construction for joint Sino - foreign education project. Course design consists of multi- level system, with an objective to improve the students' abilities to use English for academic purposes. Teaching model favors stimulating enthusiasm of teachers, students and counselors, with emphasis on language practice. Teachers play key role in the improvement of the teaching quality, teachers of English should be equipped with new teaching theories and apply them to teaching practice. Combination and application of positive factors is conducive to improving English teaching quality of joint Sino - foreign education project.
