摘要
中外合作办学项目中的英语课程建设是一项系统工程。课程设置要以提高学生的学术英语水平为目标构建多层次的课程体系。教学模式要有利于调动教、学、管三方的积极性，强调语言实践。教师素质是提高教学质量的关键，英语教师要用新理念指导教学实践。统筹发挥多方的积极因素共同提高中外合作办学项目中的英语教学质量。
Abstract
It is an integrated system of English course construction for joint Sino - foreign education project. Course design consists of multi- level system, with an objective to improve the students＇ abilities to use English for academic purposes. Teaching model favors stimulating enthusiasm of teachers, students and counselors, with emphasis on language practice. Teachers play key role in the improvement of the teaching quality, teachers of English should be equipped with new teaching theories and apply them to teaching practice. Combination and application of positive factors is conducive to improving English teaching quality of joint Sino - foreign education project.
