学习能力执行力成分研究

学习能力执行力是一种结构复杂、多维度、多层次的心理现象。根据学习中智力因素和非智力因素的划分,学习能力执行力成分可划分为冷执行和热执行两个方面。冷执行力是当前执行功能研究中比较深入和成熟的领域,该领域对冷执行力的构成与机制主要采用工作记忆、抑制控制和认知灵活性三维模型;热执行力的研究主要体现于对情感决策的研究。学习能力执行力成分中冷执行与热执行是两个彼此独立又相互联系的部分,如何将二者结合起来,共同揭示当前学生学习活动中执行力成分的本质及其机制是未来研究的方向之一。
Executive capacity is a multidimensions, multilevel hierarchy, complex construction. In view of intellectual factors and non - intellectual factors in learning ability, executive capacity is divided into cold executive function and hot executive function. At present, cold executive function is a focus in executive function research. Hughes's model is acknowledged which supports cold EF involve three components: working memory, inhibitory control and cognitive flexibility. The researches on hot executive function are rare now and focus on affective decision - making. In the future research on learning process, combining cold executive function and hot executive function should be of greater concern.
