强化开放教育学习质量,必须依据埃里克森的社会化发展理论。如果分析开放学习者在构建学习共同体、彼此相互尊重、正确反省自我等方面的学习因素,就会发现埃里克森的社会化发展理论对开放学习者强化自我调节、提高自尊意识、如实评价自我学习成效等有着密切的正相关。这为开放教育办学机构深化教学管理、强化学习过程找到了一条切合实际的引导之路,也为开放学习者如何有效促进自我认知发展产生了积极的影响。
According to Erikson's Theory of Sociallized Development, this thesis analyzes the effects on consisiting study community, respecting each other, correcting self- examination and so on of open education learners. Meanwhile, it studies some countermeasures on how to consolidate self- adjustment, enhance sonsciousness of self- respect, evaluate self- study, ect. based on this theory to open educationleaners. Altogether, it helps open education operating institutions find out a sensible way of deeping teaching - mamagement, strenthening guides on study-progress. Moreover, it plays a certain role in accelerating learner's self- conscious development.
