藏族大学生认知风格与性格特点及其对教学的启示——基于对西藏农牧学院115名藏族大学生的实证研究

摘要
采用《镶嵌图形测验》和《青年性格问卷》,对西藏农牧学院藏族大学生的认知风格和性格特点进行测试。结果表明。本院藏族大学生的认知风格主要表现为场依存型,并呈现出向场独立型稳步发展趋势;绝大部分藏族大学生性格整体上处于稳定发展状态,热情开朗,积极进取,能与不同民族的同学和睦相处。了解他们的这些特点对教学组织活动有着重要的意义。
Abstract
Using the Embedded Figures Test tested cognitive styles and Youth Character Questionnaire personality of Tibetan undergraduates from Tibet College of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry. The results show that the Tibetan undergraduates' cognitive style mainly takes on performance for field - dependence and steady development trend towards field - independence and that their personality, on the whole, is in a stable state, warm, cheerful and positive enterprising. They live harmoniously with those from different nationalities. Knowing about these features has important enlightenment for teachers to organize their teaching activities.
