摘要
专业英语是高等院校非英语专业普遍设置的一门涉及不同专业领域的英语教学课程。在分析电子信息类本科生专业英语课程教学面临现状与存在问题的基础上，结合实际教学经验，对电子信息类专业英语课程的教学改革提出了几点建议。通过合理设置开课时间、科学建立专业英语课程体系、加强师资队伍建设以及改进教学手段等具体措施，达到有效提高专业英语教学效果的目的。
Abstract
Professional English is an English course for the non - English majors, which is taught by professional teachers, relating to speciality fields. Based on the analysis of situation and problems in professional english teaching practice and our own teaching experience, this paper puts forward some suggestions for professional english teaching reform for electronic information. These advices include setting up the time of beginning the course, setting up the course system of professional English scientifically, strengthening the building of teaching staff and improve teaching methods and so on. In order to achieve the purpose of improve the English teaching effectiveness.
