Medical psychology is a discipline that combining theory and practice. To inspire students to learn, to adapt to the development of the subject, and to improve the students' enthusiasm, case teaching should be based on teaching objectives and requirements. To help students visualize abstract theoretical knowledge, thereby enable students to grasp the knowledge. Therefore, case method plays an important role in the teaching of medical psychology. The article describes the significance of the case teaching of medical psychology, and explore the steps of case teaching in the curriculum of medical psychology, and finally talk about the deficiencies and recommendations of case teaching in the application of medical psychology course.
