中小学校务委员会、校工会与校长之间的权力分配分析

摘要
本文对我国中小学校长、校工会和校务委员会之间应有地权力进行了探讨。在这三者权力分配的问题上不仅仅局限于对其权力的应然分配的解读，还借用了场域理论对我国当前中小学中校长、校工会及校务委员会的权力分配进行了分析，并得出我国中小学目前的权力分配状况是一种必然现象。最后提出了构建中小学权力制衡的依据。
Abstract
This paper does the research on the power of the headmaster, the Union and the Council of China＇s primary and secondary schools. This paper also uses the Field Theory to analysis the distribution of these powers. And then comes to China＇s primary and secondary current distribution of powers is an inevitable phenomenon. Finally, build the basis of the primary and secondary balance of powers.
