Experimental Dataset of Pinus taiwanensis Forest Soil Organic Nitrogen Depolymerizing Enzyme Responses to Nitrogen Addition on Daiyun Mountain(2018-2019)

In the Pinus taiwanensis forest in Daiyun Mountain National Nature Reserve in Fujian Province,a total of twelve 10 m×10 m simulated nitrogen deposition plots were set up,which all of facing the same direction with similar slope and altitude.The experimental treatments included control(CT,0 kg N hm-2a-1),low nitrogen(LN,40 kg N hm-2a-1),and high nitrogen(HN,80 kg N hm-2a-1),with 4 replicates for each treatment.The experiment started in May 2018,and after two years of simulated nitrogen deposition,a dataset of soil organic nitrogen depolymerizing enzyme activity in response to nitrogen addition was obtained.This dataset included:(1)location of sample sites;(2)the impact of nitrogen addition on soil biochemical properties;(3)the impact of nitrogen addition on soil organic nitrogen depolymerizing enzyme activity.The dataset was archived in the.shp and.xlsx formats,consisting of 8 data files with data size of 21.3 KB(compressed into 1 file with 17.4 KB).The analysis paper based on the dataset was published in Acta Ecologica Sinica,Vol.43,No.16,2023.
