Genetic characteristics of IL1 lavender based on ISSR molecular markers
For exploring the genetic diversity of parents and offspring of IL1 lavender cultivated from our laboratory,32 IL1 plants were selected as parents,and the F1 populations of 6 parents were used as experimental materials.Based on the optimization of PCR reaction system,ISSR molecular marker technology was used to analyze the genetic diversity of the parent population and the F1 population of free pollination of IL1 plants.The optimal system was as follows:total volume of 20 μL,rTaq of 1.0μmol/min,primer concentration of 0.7μmol/L,dNTP concentration of 0.3mmol/L,DNA template concentration of 40 ng/μL,and the optimal reaction cycle number was 35.The ISSR analysis results showed the genetic distance between lavender individuals of IL1 lavender was close,the level of genetic diversity was low,and the genetic stability was stable.
