番茄SlSUTs基因家族的生物信息学及表达分析

利用生物信息学方法对番茄SUTs基因家族成员基因及蛋白质序列进行生物信息学分析,并对基因的表达特性进行研究.番茄SlSUTs基因家族共有3个成员,蛋白质的分子质量在54.15~64.99kD之间;3个基因均匀分布在4号、5号和11号染色体上;基因的内含子和外显子结构模式有3种,差异显著.番茄SlSUTs和拟南芥AtSUTs氨基酸都具有2种基序存在形式,且相同基序形式的基序位置存在关系一致.番茄和拟南芥SUTs蛋白的二级结构都有4种,其中a螺旋占比最多,β折叠占比最少,蛋白具有11或12个跨膜结构域,亚细胞定位都在细胞膜上.植物SUTs基因的进化关系遵循物种种属的亲缘关系,番茄SlSUTs基因与葡萄的进化关系更相近.番茄SlSUTs基因在不同组织和果实不同发育时期的表达都不相同,说明SlSUTs基因的表达具有一定的组织特异性.
Bioinformatics and expression analysis of SlSUTs gene family in tomato
The gene and protein sequences of tomato SUTs gene family members were comprehensively analyzed by bioinformatics methods and the expression characteristics of those genes were analyzed.There are three members in tomato SlSUTs gene family,and the molecular weight of protein is 54.15~64.99 kD.These three genes are evenly distributed on chromosomes 4,5 and 11.There are three patterns of intron and exon substructure of their genes,with significant differences.Both tomato SlSUTs and Arabidopsis AtSUTs amino acids have 2 forms of motifs existence,and their positions are consistent.There are four secondary structures of SUTs proteins in both tomato and Arabidopsis,among which a proportion of spirals is the highest,the proportion of β-pleated sheet is the least.Those proteins have 11 or 12 transmembrane domains,and the prediction of subcellular localization indicated that all members were located on the cell membrane.The evolutionary relationship of plant SUTs genes follows the phylogenetic relationships of species and genera,while the evolutionary relationship between tomato SlSUTs genes and grapes is more advanced.The expression of SlSUTs genes in tomato varies in different tissues and fruit development stages,indicating that the expression of SlSUTs genes have certain tissue specificity.
