摘要
由于纳米级超疏水涂层的粘附性较差,提出一种改善F-SiO2超疏水涂层粘附性的方法,将汉麻蜡与F-SiO2纳米粒子物理复合,在钢材表面形成汉麻蜡-纳米粒子供价网络,与不添加汉麻蜡的涂层相比,表现出更高的水接触角和更好的粘附性.汉麻蜡复合F-SiO2纳米粒子具有制备工艺简单、原料易得的优势,同时还能提高汉麻的综合利用率.
Abstract
The application of nanoscale superhydrophobic coatings is limited by their poor adhesion.In this study,a method was proposed to improve the adhesion of F-SiO2 superhydrophobic coating by physically combining industrial hemp wax with F-SiO2 nanoparticles.The hemp wax-nanoparticle valence network was formed on the steel surface,which showed higher water contact Angle and better adhesion than the coating without hemp wax-added.Industrial hemp wax composite F-SiO2 nanoparticles have the advantages of simple preparation process and easy availability of raw materials,and can also improve the comprehensive utilization rate of industrial hemp.
