艾蒿不同极性萃取物的制备及其抗氧化活性研究

为开发艾蒿抗氧化功能产品提供理论基础,将艾蒿全草用乙醇浸泡提取,提取液浓缩后分别经正己烷、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇(含水层)萃取制得3种不同极性萃取物和水层,分别为正己烷萃取物(萃取物1)、乙酸乙酯萃取物(萃取物2)、正丁醇萃取物(萃取物3)和水层.3种萃取物和水层对DPPH和ABTS自由基均具有一定的清除能力,其中萃取物2对两种自由基清除能力最好.当质量浓度为0.4mg/mL,乙酸乙酯萃取物对DPPH和ABTS自由基的清除率与阳性对照vC基本持平,分别为94.42%和98.46%,IC50值分别为0.043,0.041 mg/mL.
Study on the preparation of different polar extracts of Artemisia argyi and their antioxidant activities
In order to provide a theoretical basis for the development of antioxidant products of Artemisia argyi,in the present study,the whole herb of Artemisia argyi was extracted by soaking in EtOH,and the extact solvent was concentrated and then extracted with n-hexane,ethyl acetate,and n-butanol(together with water layer)to obtain n-hexane extract(extract 1),ethyl acetate extract(extract 2),n-butanol extract(extract 3),and water layer,respectively.All four extracts showed some scavenging ability for both DPPH and ABTS radicals,with the ethyl acetate extract(extract 2)showing the best scavenging ability for both radicals.At a concentration of 0.4 mg/mL,the scavenging of DPPH and ABTS free radicals by the ethyl acetate extract was basically the same as that of the positive control VC,with 94.42%and 98.46%,respectively,and the IC50 values were 0.043 mg/mL and 0.041 mg/mL,respectively.
