市域铁路大直径盾构全预制拼装隧道弧形件施工关键技术

大直径盾构全预制拼装隧道中整体式弧形件(箱涵)存在拼装精度差,姿态调整困难,施工效率低,施工质量难以保证等技术难题.依托上海机场联络线项目(盾构开挖直径14.04m)和自主研制的一套六自由度整体式弧形件智能化拼装设备,总结了弧形件拼装工艺及底部填充关键技术要点.现场实践应用证明,采用该设备及施工工艺可实现整体式预制弧形件高精度、高效率、智能化拼装,为后续中隔墙拼装奠定良好基础,保障整体隧道的施工质量,具有良好的社会经济效益和工程推广价值,相关研究可为同类工程提供参考依据.
The key construction technology of full prefabricated and assembled tunnel arcs for large diameter shield machine in urban railway
There are technical problems such as poor assembly accuracy,difficult attitude adjustment,low construction efficiency and difficulty in guaranteeing construction quality for integral arc parts(box culverts)in large-diameter shield full prefabricated assembled tunnels.Relying on the Shanghai Airport Liaison Line project(shield excavation diameter 14.04 m)and a set of six degrees of freedom integral arc parts intelligent assembly equipment developed independently,the key technical points of arc parts assembly process and bottom filling were summarized.Field practice application proves that the use of the above equipment and construction technology can achieve high precision,high efficiency and intelligent assembling of integral prefabricated curved pieces,laying a good foundation for the subsequent assembly of the middle partition wall and guaranteeing the construction quality of the whole tunnel,with good socio-economic benefits and engineering promotion value.The related research can provide a reference basis for similar projects.
