Research on improving node of clinker vault roof platform grid structure
In the construction of clinker storage grid,with the change of technology,environment and other conditions,the design level of clinker storage grid structure needs to he improved,so it is very necessary to put forward a new improved clinker storage grid design scheme.In this paper,a new structural node form of clinker vault roof platform is designed to analyze the complex contact relationship between steel beam,joint connecting steel plate,bolt ball and belly bar,verify the effectiveness of the joint force transmission path and the overall stress mechanism,and compare with the traditional structural node form to analyze the failure characteristics of the two structures.The results show that,under the ultimate load,the structure meets the bearing capacity requirements,the joint force transfer is reliable,and the force transfer path is in line with the practice.Compared with the traditional structure,a lot of steel is saved,the high-altitude welding operation is reduced,and the project period is shortened.The research results can provide reference for the improved design of the clinker vault roof platform.
