基于SWOT-PEST分析模型的马拉松产业发展路径优化研究

根据某地近几年马拉松产业发展情况,运用SWOT-PEST分析模型,对马拉松产业的内部优势、劣势、外部机会和威胁进行了全面分析.研究结果显示,2018-2022年我国人均马拉松消费支出呈上升趋势,马拉松行业的总规模整体呈上升趋势,马拉松产业具有较大发展潜力,但是容易受到外部环境制约.基于此,提出了推动马拉松产业高质量发展的策略和建议,不断创新赛事模式,充分结合现代科技,加强科学化监管,打造文化品牌.
Research on optimizing the development path of marathon industry based on SWOT-PEST analysis model
Based on the development of the marathon industry in a certain area in recent years,the SWOT-PEST analysis model was used to comprehensively analyze the internal advantages,disadvantages,external opportunities,and threats of the marathon industry.The research results show that from 2018 to 2022,China's per capita marathon consumption expenditure showed an upward trend,and the overall size of the marathon industry showed an upward trend.The marathon industry has great development potential,but is easily constrained by external environment.Based on this,strategies and suggestions have been proposed to promote the high-quality development of the marathon industry,continuously innovate the competition mode,fully integrate modern technology,strengthen scientific supervision,and build a cultural brand.
