CP-ABE and Schnorr zero knowledge proof based identity authentication scheme in medical system
In today's digital information age, medical data faces significant privacy leakage risks in transmission and storage. To address this issue, this paper proposes a medical system identity authentication scheme based on attribute based encryption algorithm and Schnorr zero knowledge proof to ensure the privacy rights and information security of patients. In our scheme, users can be divided into multiple attributes that be encrypted, and then user information are uploaded to the blockchain. The encrypted data is further uploaded to IPFS and returned to the blockchain for one-way hash string storage.Only when the visitor meets certain attribute conditions and can provide a digital signature to verify that the user has access to the system, can it be correctly decrypted and entered into the system. The experimental results indicate that the medical system identity authentication scheme has higher security compared to other schemes.
