摘要
以2,5-二溴对苯二甲酸二乙酯与4-乙炔基苯甲醛为原料,通过Sonogashira偶联反应成功制备了含有两个醛基功能基团的2,5-双[(4-甲酰苯基)乙炔基]对苯二甲酸二乙酯.采用核磁共振氢谱分别对[4-(三甲基硅烷基)乙炔基]苯甲醛、4-乙炔基苯甲醛和2,5-双[(4-甲酰苯基)乙炔基]对苯二甲酸二乙酯的化学结构进行表征,核磁共振氢谱分析表明共轭化合物成功合成.
Abstract
Using 2,5-dibromo-diethyl terephthalate and 4-acetylene benzaldehyde as raw materials,2,5-dibromo-diethyl terephthalate containing two aldehyde functional groups was successfully prepared by Sonogashira coupling reaction.The chemical structures of[4-(trimethylsilyl)acetylidene]benzaldehyde,4-acetylidene benzaldehyde and 2,5-bis[(4-formylphenyl)acetylidene]diethyl terephthalate were characterized by 1H-NMR.The conjugated compounds were successfully synthesized by hydrogen NMR spectroscopy.
