Au/MXene/ZIF-8 electrochemical sensor for ascorbic acid detection
Au/MXene/ZIF-8 modified glassy carbon electrode(Au/MXene/ZIF-8/GCE)was prepared through in-situ growth and electrodeposition methods for the measurement of ascorbic acid levels in actual plasma samples.Electrochemical studies based on CV and DPV revealed that the sensor exhibits a linear response range from 0.1 to 8.0 mmol/L,with a sensitivity of 4.83 μA/μmol·L-1,and a detection limit of 2.45 μmol/L.The recovery rate ranged from 95.8%to 106.7%,and the Relative Standard Deviation(RSD,n=3)was less than 5%.With its low detection limit and high sensitivity, this method shows promise for the detection of ascorbic acid in plasma.
