Exploring the therapeutic effect of Renshen Wuweizi Decoction on pneumonia based on cell experiment and network pharmacology
To explore the therapeutic effect of Renshen Wuweizi Decoction(RWD)in treating pneumonia,cell experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of RWD on the expression of cytokine.The components,targets and pneumonia targets were obtained through databases.Intersection targets were obtained,and PPI network was established on the String platform.The core targets were obtained through the obtained PPI network.Then,GO and KEGG were obtained through the Metascape database,molecular docking was done by using AutoDock software to verify anti-inflammatory ingredients.Results showed that RWD could significantly decrease the expression of cytokine,screened out 27 effective ingredients,38 core targets.Molecular docking showed good binding with effective ingredients and core targets.In conclusion,on the basis of conducting cell experiment to confirm the anti-inflammatory activity of RWD,the active ingredients of RWD treating pneumonia were predicted through network pharmacology combined with molecular docking,which laid the foundation for studying the mechanism of RWD treating pneumonia.
