摘要
融合研究可通过不同领域的知识和技术的相互融合,促进新思路、新方法和新技术发展,推动国际合作和知识共享,已成为各国应对新一轮科技革命和产业变革的重要抓手.基于融合研究概念,从推动前沿科技进步、解决重大社会问题和开拓新兴产业发展3个方面提炼融合研究全球发展趋势;总结主要发达国家和地区促进融合研究的举措和做法,结合中国当前情况,从顶层设计、项目资助、平台构建和人才培养 4 个方面提出启示与建议.
Abstract
Integration research can promote the development of new ideas,new methods and new technologies through the mutual integration of knowledge and technology in different fields,and promote international cooperation and knowledge sharing.It has become an important lever for countries to cope with the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation.Based on the concept of integration research,this paper extracts the global development trend of integration research from three aspects:promoting the progress of frontier science and technology,solving major social problems,and exploring the development of emerging industries.It summarizes the measures and practices of major developed countries and regions to promote integration research,and combine them with the current situation in China to propose insights and suggestions from four aspects:top-level design,project funding,platform construction,and talent training.
