摘要
在新一轮科技革命中,以色列加大了对人工智能、量子科技、生物融合科技等未来科技产业的发展力度.介绍了近年来以色列依托优先发展科技战略推动发展的人工智能、量子科技和生物融合科技等 3 个领域,分别列举分析了3 个领域的当前发展总体态势、发展主体、政府支持政策及最新科技进展情况.以色列在以上 3 个领域的实践中表现出了一系列共性,如国家举棋定向、军民融合发展、初创氛围浓厚、产学研资联动、风险投资活跃、科技转移旺盛和国际合作密切等,为中国基于自身国情发展未来科技产业,提供了可供借鉴的经验.
Abstract
