Research of Concept,Connotation and Idea of Open Science
With the rapid development of open science,its connotation is constantly enriching and expanding as well.Clarifying the scope boundaries and connotation framework of open science is the foundation for promoting the design and practice of open science policies.Firstly,by sorting out the evolution process of the concept of open science,the open background and development history are clarified.Secondly,by deconstructing the composition and mechanism of open elements,the open category boundaries and the role positioning of the main subjects are clarified.Finally,by analyzing the core idea of open science,the open value is clarified.In essence,open science is the construction of the scientific research culture and ecosystem,which changes the scientific and technological resources distribution,scientific research evaluation and accountability mechanism,and scientific research organization mode.It is necessary to plan the development of open science with a dynamic development perspective,incorporate open science into the construction of the national scientific and technological innovation system,build open infrastructure that covers the entire process and serves all subjects,and actively integrate into the global open science ecosystem.
