摘要
科技型中小企业是中小企业群体中极具活力和潜力的创新主体,为深入了解中国科技型中小企业创新发展情况,研究激发科技型中小企业创新活力的办法举措,通过调查问卷的方式对科技型中小企业财务经营能力和研发创新能力、发展面临的困难挑战等情况进行调研分析.当前科技型中小企业受困于融资信用不够、品牌影响力不强和政策配套扶持不足等亟待破解的问题,提出了以推动现行扶持政策落地落实落细为出发点,进一步完善支持科技型中小企业研发创新的税收优惠政策体系,加强品牌影响力建设,匹配精准融资服务以及集聚创新资源要素等建议,为政府部门制定和完善支持科技型中小企业发展相关政策提供依据.
Abstract
Technology-based SMEs are highly dynamic and potential innovation entities.In order to understand the current development status and study measures to stimulate innovation vitality of technology-based SMEs,a survey questionnaire was conducted to investigate and analysis the financial management ability,research and development innovation ability,and challenges faced by technology-based SMEs.The current problems,such as insufficient financing credit,weak brand influence,and insufficient policy support,urgently need to be solved.Starting from promoting the implementation and refinement of current support policies,suggestions have been put forward to further improve the tax preferential policy system,strengthen brand influence construction,match precise financing services,and gather innovative resource element.These suggestions provide a basis for government departments to formulate and improve policies to support the development of technology-based SMEs.
