摘要
在青少年社会主义核心价值观教育中,中国优秀传统文化是不可或缺的重要资源.将优秀传统法律文化融入青少年法治教育,增强青少年对中华文化的归属感,提高各族学生的法治素养,是贯彻习近平总书记关于法治教育的讲话精神和要求,落实党的二十大精神,促进青少年成长与加强青少年法治思想教育的重要路径.要使青少年法治教育体现中国特色社会主义法治精神,需要同传承中华优秀传统法律文化结合起来.传统法律文化中的积极因素仍然能在当今时代发挥重要的意义,社会主义法治建设过程中应该对其加以继承和借鉴.应当在习近平法治思想指导下,充分挖掘和利用传统文化资源,特别是优秀传统法律文化中契合现代法治精神的部分,探索优秀传统法律文化融入青少年法治思想教育的对策和有效路径.
Abstract
The value pursuit of young people determines the value trend of the country and the nation,and is also the force that represents the precedent of the social atmosphere.How to carry out scientific,accurate and rational rule of law education and value system guidance for young people,guide the majority of young peo-ple to develop the Xi of respecting the law and abiding by the law,firmly follow the path of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics,improve the ability and level of comprehensively governing the country according to law,and better promote the construction of a socialist rule of law system with Chinese characteristics,it is more necessary to cultivate virtue and cultivate morality and law,and do a good job in cultivating young people's legal talents.In the education of young people's core socialist values,China's excellent traditional culture is an indispensable and important resource.Integrating excellent traditional legal culture into juvenile legal educa-tion,enhancing young people's sense of belonging to Chinese culture,and improving the legal literacy of students of all ethnic groups are important ways to implement the requirements of General Secretary Xi Jinping,implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Party,promote the growth of young people,and strengthen the ideological education of young people on the rule of law.In order for juvenile rule of law educa-tion to embody the spirit of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics,it is necessary to combine it with the inheritance of China's excellent traditional legal culture.The positive factors in the traditional legal culture can still play an important role in the current era,and they should be inherited and used for reference in the process of building the socialist rule of law.Under the guidance of Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law,we should fully tap and make use of traditional cultural resources,especially the parts of excellent traditional legal culture that conform to the spirit of modern rule of law,and explore countermeasures and effective paths for in-tegrating excellent traditional legal culture into young people's legal ideological education.
