In the Qianlong Period,Yue Fei was highly praised which surpassed his ancestors and emperors of the Ming Dynasty.Regarding its reasons,on one hand,at this point the whole country had been unified and the contradiction between Manchu and Han had tended to ease,so Yue Fei's symbolic as Anti-Qing Flag had been weakened greatly;On the other hand,the Qianlong Emperor wanted to implant the concept of loyalty and filial piety to the brains of the ministers and the people,strengthen the concept of the unification of territory,establish a role model for the people and show himself by revering Yue Fei.As a result,Yue Fei as the hero of Han had became the hero of the Chinese nation.
