Design and development of marine meteorological disaster early warning system for ocean buoy station based on multiple communication modes
In order to further strengthen the capacity building of marine meteorological monitoring and early warning service,this paper designed a marine meteorological disaster early warning system for ocean buoy station based on multiple communication modes.The system consists of five parts:data collection,transmission,processing,analysis and release.The data collection and transmission part is mainly responsible for collecting and transmitting various meteorological data and information,including real-time data of buoys and detectors,data of various meteorological stations,etc,ensuring the quality and accuracy of the data and ensuring the reliability of the data source.The data processing and analysis part is mainly responsible for processing and analyzing the collected data,including data correction,integration,mining and model establishment,forming various meteorological disaster prediction models and early warning indicators,effectively monitoring the occurrence of marine meteorological disasters and timely decision-making,providing important reference and guarantee for decision makers and the public.
