省级气象观测质量管理体系平台设计与实现

为解决国家级气象观测质量管理体系信息系统向省级以下业务拓展不足、部分功能不健全等问题,文章采用B/S架构、模块化设计方法和数据接口等技术设计了面向省级以下业务人员及管理人员的智能化业务和管理平台,实现了工作记录、工作向导、工作计划、内审管理、报名考试等实用功能.业务应用表明,省级气象观测质量管理体系平台能有效弥补国家级气象观测质量管理体系信息系统的不足,有助于推动气象观测业务实现循环改进.
Design and implementation of provincial meteorological observation quality management system platform
In order to solve the problems of insufficient expansion and incomplete functions of the national meteorological observation quality management system information system to provincial level and below businesses,this paper designs an intelligent business and management platform for provincial level and below business personnel and managers by using B/S architecture,modular design method and data interface technologies,realizing practical functions such as work records,work guides,work plans,internal audit management and registration exams.The business application shows that the provincial meteorological observation quality management system platform can effectively make up for the shortcomings of the national meteorological observation quality management system information system,and promote the circular improvement of meteorological observation business.
