摘要

为了加强县(区)域内的气象灾害防范能力,文章基于CIMISS数据库和江西省突发事件预警信息发布系统,结合江西省气候特征与预警检验方法,运用Electron桌面应用开发技术、JavaScript开发语言和VsCode开发工具,建立暴雨预警信号检验算法,开发了县级暴雨监测与预警检验系统.实现了暴雨实况监测、预警提示与检验、省级及市级气象短信一键式制作与传输等功能,为各级气象部门研发短临极端天气业务系统提供思考.

Abstract

In order to strengthen the ability of meteorological disaster prevention in the county(district)area,based on the CIMISS database and the early emergency warning information release system of Jiangxi Province,combined with the climatic characteristics and early warning inspection methods of Jiangxi Province,Electron desktop application development technology,JavaScript development language and VsCode development tools are used to establish a rainstorm warning signal inspection algorithm.A county-level rainstorm monitoring and early warning inspection system is developed.It realizes the functions of real-time monitoring of rainstorm,early warning prompt and inspection,one-click production and transmission of provincial and municipal meteorological SMS,and providing thinking for meteorological departments at all levels to develop short-term and imminent extreme weather business systems.
