摘要

为了提高监控效率和数据质量,文章研究自动语音拨号监控系统中数据读取、监控信息显示、自动语音拨号功能及拨号日志的实践结论和产品呈现.多角度、多方位地观察和探讨问题的解决方案,实现全自动化气象数据监控及设备与人工无缝对接.通过"天境"监控系统实现气象数据传输实时到报并将监控信息点对点电话语音告知,实现人机互动,有助于及时制定气象应急措施.

Abstract

In order to improve monitoring efficiency and data quality,this paper studies the practical conclusions and product presentation of data reading,monitoring information display,automatic voice dialing function and dialing log in the automatic voice dialing monitoring system.The solution to problems are observed and explored problems from multiple angles and directions,achieving fully automated meteorological data monitoring and seamless integration of equipment and manual labor.Through the sky mirror monitoring system,meteorological data can be transmitted to the message in real time and the monitoring information can be informed by point-to-point telephone voice,which can realize man-machine interaction and help to formulate meteorological emergency measures in time.
