以民航气象数据库、AWOS行标9文件库、气象信息服务文件数据池为基础,采用B/S架构,基于ASP.NET Core,利用FineUI Core、ECharts等框架构建了集成自动观测数据展示、跑道风切变告警、区域机场实时天气告警及未来6 h气象条件预警、预警预报数据显示、卫星云图显示等功能为一体的实时航空气象信息监控平台.平台提供了航空运行中各类重要气象数据的计算和显示,能够简单、及时地为航空用户提供气象信息监视和告警服务,使用户实时了解区域机场当前及未来的天气条件,可为航空运行战术和预战术决策提供专业、可靠的航空气象数据支撑.
Design and implementation of real-time information monitoring platform for aviation meteorology
Based on the civil aviation meteorological database,professional standard 9 on AWOS,weather information service file data pool,using the B/S architecture,based on the ASP.NET Core,and utilizes FineUI Core,ECharts to construct a real-time meteorological information monitoring platform that the integrated automatic observation data display,runway wind shear warning,regional airport real-time weather warning and the next 6 h meteorological conditions warning,warning forecast data display,satellite cloud map display and other functions.The platform provides the calculation and display of various important meteorological data in aviation operations,which can provide meteorological information monitoring and alerting services for aviation users in a simple and timely manner,enabling users to understand the current and future weather conditions of regional airports in real time.It can provide professional and reliable aviation meteorological data support for tactical and pre-tactical decision making in aviation operation.
