四川地区自动土壤水分探测设备故障特征分析与应急保障探究

文章利用2018-2022年四川省气象探测数据中心汇总的土壤水分探测器、采集器机箱及采集主板的维修信息,梳理并分析了 DZN2型自动土壤水分探测设备出现的1 134次故障现象及特征,故障主要包括设备日常检查不到位及部件松动、氧化、短路等,并有针对性地总结了设备从安装使用、运行维护到应急排障的方式方法,为设备保障人员提升故障识别与应急维修处置能力提供了参考.
Fault characteristics analysis and emergency support exploration of automatic soil moisture detection equipment in Sichuan region
The article utilizes the maintenance information of the soil moisture detectors,collector case,and acquisition motherboards collected from the Sichuan Provincial Meteorological Detection Data Center from 2018 to 2022.It summarizes and analyzes the 1 134 instances of fault phenomenon and characteristics in the DZN2 automatic soil moisture detector.The fault mainly includes inadequate daily inspections,loose components,oxidation,short circuits,etc.,and specifically summarize the methods of equipment from installation and use,operation and maintenance to emergency obstacle removal,which provides a reference for the equipment support personnel to improve the capabilities of fault identification and emergency maintenance ability.
