热电式数字总辐射表零点偏移测试研究

为了增强总辐射测量数据的准确性和可靠性.文章选取DFN2、DFN3和DFN4 3种型号热电式数字总辐射表,利用标准温度箱模拟环境温度的梯度变化,对选取的热电式数字总辐射表的零点偏移进行测试.结果表明:DFN2、DFN3和DFN4型热电式数字总辐射表的零点辐射照度随温度呈现同样的阶跃变化趋势.DFN4型热电式数字总辐射表零点偏移最小,最大值为2.0 W/m2;DFN2型热电式数字总辐射表零点偏移次之,最大值为2.4 W/m2;DFN3型热电式数字总辐射表零点偏移最大,最大值为3.9 W/m2.零点偏移测试结果符合GB/T 19565-2017《总辐射表》关于总辐射表零点偏移±4.0 W/m2的要求.研究结论对于掌握热电式数字总辐射表零点偏移误差和开展相应补偿订正具有积极意义.
Research on zero shift of thermoelectric digital pyranometer
In order to enhance the accuracy and reliability of global radiation measurement data,the article selects three types of thermoelectric digital pyranometer,DFN2,DFN3,and DFN4.The gradient changes of ambient temperature were simulated using a standard temperature box to test the zero shift of the selected thermoelectric digital pyranometer.The results show that the zero radiation illuminance of DFN2,DFN3,and DFN4 thermoelectric digital pyranometer shows the same step change trend with temperature.The DFN4 type thermoelectric digital pyranometer has the smallest zero shift,with a maximum value of 2.0 W/m2.The DFN2 type thermoelectric digital pyranometer has the second highest zero shift,with a maximum value of 2.4 W/m2.The DFN3 type thermoelectric digital pyranometer has the largest zero shift,with a maximum value of 3.9 W/m2.The zero shift test results meet the requirements of GB/T 19565-2017 Pyranometer for a zero shift of±4.0 W/m2.The research conclusion has positive significance for mastering the zero shift error of thermoelectric digital pyranometer and carrying out corresponding compensation and correction.
